CAAP works to bring mobile spay/neuter clinics to
Stillwater, OK and the surrounding area. These clinics
allow 50 to 60 pets to be spayed/neutered in one day,
thus making this health care available to many persons
at one time.  Pet owners are also given the opportunity
to have pets vaccinated for rabies and advised on
   grooming and flea/tick problems
.

The 2013 clinics are scheduled for Feb 23, June 1, Aug
3 and Nov 16. The clinics are held at the Payne County
Expo Center on Hwy 51 east of Stillwater. The clinics are
only for low-income families, people in financial need,
and college students. Discounted prices are offered for
  this clinic.

The clinics are by appointment only; drop-ins are not
accepted. We start taking appointments approximately
one month prior to the clinic date, so watch for
  advertisements on Facebook, Craigslist, Stillwater
NewsPress, Shop 'n Swap, etc. Call early as the
appointments are limited and fill up quickly!

At the clinics, we spay/neuter dogs under 40 pounds and
any sized cats. All pets must be at least 4 months old.
Females can not be in heat!

For dogs over 40 pounds, we offer our Big Dog Special.
Spay/neuter your big dog for $10! Click the main page
Big Dog Special link to view more information. This can
be done any time of the year and the appointment is
scheduled at your convenience through one of our
veterinary partners. Call 405-377-0887 for more
  assistance.

Discounted rabies shots and DHLPP (dog) and FVRCP
(cat) vaccinations are also available for pets being fixed.
If your pet does not require a rabies shot, you must bring
proof of a current rabies vaccination by a veterinarian.

If you need spay/neuter assistance in between clinics or
you are unable to obtain an appointment for a clinic, you
can still apply for assistance. Please download an
application from the "spay/neuter form" tab. This can be
done any time of the year and the appointment is
scheduled at your convenience through one of our
veterinary partners. Call 405-377-0887 for more
  assistance.
